2. Children
There are many scenes set in a dystopian eugenicist regime where anyone known to be disabled would be killed or forcibly cured. This is implied to include children.
Children and adults in that society are also shown to be brainwashed by subliminal signals in video programming, which affect their moral views without their knowledge.
At one point a small boy is perceived to be in danger from a venomous bird, but is rescued.
There are scenes where an enemy threatens harm to the children and other young relatives of people he is trying to control, sometimes through the use of photos portraying those children being harmed. The photos are usually, but not always, proven to be fake. No children are proven to have been hurt for this purpose.
A conflict between two characters brings up past dangers, including an accident with a robot in childhood (which did not kill anyone, but affected someone psychologically).
